Run one against a real posting, on your own, before it counts.

You can start a practice interview yourself, aimed at a specific posting. It asks questions drawn from what that advert actually said rather than generic ones, and you get a written account afterwards of how the answers landed.

Practice runs are yours. No employer sees one, and a bad practice run cannot count against a real application.
