Referring somebody

You get a link. Here is exactly what it earns, and what the credits get you.

You have your own referral code and link. Anybody who creates an account through it — with an email and password or with Google — is attributed to you, once, when their account is made. Their email address is masked on your page: they were invited, they did not agree to have it shared.

What each person earns you

  • Signed up — their account exists. No credit yet.
  • Set up — they verified their email and filled in their profile headline. 100 credits.
  • Applied — verified, and they sent an application themselves. 250 credits. An employer adding them to a pipeline does not count.

You can also post about Winkle and submit the link. A person reads each post, and an approved one earns 40 credits. The same post can only be submitted once.

What your credits get you

One thing, because it is the one thing we can honestly give: 200 credits buys 5 extra practice interviews. They do not expire, and they are only used once your monthly five are gone.

Credits are worked out from the people and posts themselves every time you open the page, so if an account you referred is deleted, what it earned goes with it.
