Your data, your reel, your move.
Last updated 23 May 2026. We'll never ship a privacy change without telling you in-app at least 14 days ahead.
01 · What we collect
Your name, email, and the content you put in your reel + portfolio. We also log basic usage events (e.g. which clip a vetter watched) so we can show you analytics.
02 · What we never collect
We don't read your inbox, your calendar, or your messages. The calendar + email integrations stay on your device unless you explicitly export.
03 · Who can see your reel
By default, only people with the link. You can set the reel to Public (appears in vetter search) or Unlisted (only people with the link).
04 · Vetters and analytics
When a vetter views your reel we record their identity and the time. You can see this on the Activity page. We never share your reel with employers without you applying first.
05 · Where your data lives
We host on AWS in eu-west-1 (Ireland). Video clips are stored on encrypted S3 buckets behind signed URLs that expire every 15 minutes.
06 · Deleting your data
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate. Backups age out within 30 days.
