The feedback you get, and the feedback you do not

Candidates and employers are shown deliberately different documents.

What you are shown after an interview or assessment is written for you: what went well, what to work on, and how to prepare differently next time.

The employer's version is a different document, written for a hiring decision. Neither is a redacted copy of the other, and internal hiring notes are never surfaced to you as feedback.
