Where they appear, and what to check before the day.

Everything an employer schedules with you appears under Interviews, whether it is an AI interview you take on your own time or a live video call at a fixed time. Both live in the same list, so an invitation cannot hide in an area you never open.

  1. 1Check the time in your own timezone — the listing shows it in yours, not theirs.
  2. 2Test your camera and microphone before the day, not five minutes before.
  3. 3If you need to move it, use the reschedule option on the interview rather than emailing and hoping.
