Winkle does not charge candidates. There is no card on file, no plan to cancel, and no feature on your side of the product held behind a payment.
The AI tools have monthly allowances, but those exist so an unattended loop cannot spend the shared budget overnight — not as a paywall with an upgrade behind it. Every allowance resets on a rolling 30-day window, and each one tells you what is left before you spend it.
