What Winkle is, in one page

The short version: a place to build the things you apply with, and to keep track of what happened after you did.

Winkle has two sides. Employers post roles, run interviews and review candidates. You get the other side: the documents you apply with, the applications themselves, and an honest record of where each one got to.

The parts you will actually use

  • CV builder — several CVs, one per role, each aimed at a specific posting.
  • Video reel — a short recorded introduction employers can watch instead of guessing from paper.
  • Portfolio — a public page at your own link, for work that a CV cannot carry.
  • Job tracker — a board for every role you are chasing, including ones you found elsewhere.
  • Interviews and assessments — practice runs you start yourself, and real ones employers send you.

Nothing on the candidate side is charged for. If a page ever implies otherwise, that page is wrong — see Plans and billing.
