AI allowances on the CV builder

What each tool costs, and what happens when a pool runs out.

Each AI tool draws on its own pool, counted over a rolling 30 days. Every pool tells you what is left before you spend it.

  • AI writing (improve, generate, shorten) — 120
  • Full AI reviews — 40
  • Importing a CV file — 30
  • Tailoring runs, including reading a posting from a link — 25
  • Cover letter drafts — 25
  • Company research — 15
  • Scanning a photo or an image-only PDF — 12

An allowance is only spent on a run that produced an answer. A refusal — 'that is not a job posting' — or an outage costs you nothing, and everything else in the builder keeps working when a pool is empty.
