Remembering which CV you sent
Six weeks later, when they finally call, this is the question you need answered.
Open a card on the tracker and use Your notes on this one. The first field is which CV they have — each option shows what it was aimed at and how complete it is, so picking the right one of four untitled CVs is possible.
Once linked, the card carries a small document chip, and the CV itself shows which roles it has been sent to.
