Who can find you in employer search

Consent is the switch, and it is checked again every time somebody acts on it.

Employers can search for candidates, and you decide whether you are in that search at all. The switch lives in Settings under your privacy options.

Consent is not checked once and cached. It is re-checked at the moment an employer tries to act on a profile — adding you to a pipeline, inviting you to an interview — so withdrawing it takes effect immediately rather than at the end of somebody's session.

Turning this off does not delete anything and does not affect applications you have already sent. Those are your record of having applied, and they stay.
