Pros

Compensation is genuinely best-in-class at staff+. The technical bar pushes you to be sharper. Free movement between teams once you're trusted.

Cons

Big-co politics have crept in over the past 2 years. Roadmap whiplash on enterprise products. Promo bar is opaque even for senior folks.

100% on the promo bar comment. Staff → senior staff is a black box and HR has no good answer.
